The rewards guide
Let’s get your points in one place.
Used one email for an order and another for your account? We can help you sort it out. And there’s no need to rush: your unused points don’t expire.

Why do I see two different points balances?
Your purchase points are connected to the email address you use at checkout. If you shop with two different emails, your points can end up in two separate records — even when both orders are yours.
For now, sign in with the same email you used for the purchase and open My Account → Points & Rewards. If your account uses another email, contact us so we can check both records.
Can you put my points together?
Yes, we can review a request to bring your eligible unused points together under one email. Contact our support team first. This isn’t an automatic account merge or a button you need to find in your account.
We’ll check that both email addresses belong to you, review the available balances and any rewards already redeemed, and confirm which email you want to use going forward.
Here’s a simple example: You have 120 available points under your old email and 80 under your preferred email. If all 200 points are eligible to move, we can bring them together as 200 points under the preferred email. The transferred 120 points won’t remain available under the old email too.
What do I need to send you?
Email support@zenlesszonezero.toys with:
- The two email addresses you used.
- The email you’d like to keep using for points.
- An order number from each email, if you have one.
- Any unused reward coupons you want us to check.
We may ask you to confirm that you control both email addresses. If you can’t access an old email anymore, tell us — we’ll explain what information we need to review your request.
A message like this is perfect: “Hi! I’ve ordered with two emails and would like to keep my points together. I’d like to use [preferred email] going forward. My order numbers are [order numbers]. Could you check my balances?”
Please don’t send passwords, login codes, or payment card details.
Will my orders and coupons move too?
A points balance transfer doesn’t automatically move your order history, change the email on old orders, or move coupons already issued to another email.
If you’ve already traded points for a coupon, those points have been used to create that reward. The coupon needs to be checked separately; we won’t count the same points twice.
If an order linked to the old email is later refunded, please mention the balance transfer when you contact us. We’ll check the points adjustment against the right records.
Do my points expire?
Your unused points don’t expire. There’s no use-by date on your points, and you don’t need to place another order just to keep them active. Save them until you’re ready to choose a reward.
Your balance can still change when you spend points or when points earned on a refunded, canceled, or failed order are reversed. That’s an adjustment to the purchase or reward, not an expiration.
Gift availability and reward choices can change. Check the rewards offered in your account when you’re ready to redeem.
Does that mean every coupon lasts forever?
Points and coupons are different. Points are your available balance; a coupon is a reward you’ve already redeemed.
Our current standard points reward coupons are also set with no expiration date. A separate promotional coupon may have its own deadline, so check that coupon’s details before you use it.
If you redeemed an unused coupon by mistake, look for Revert to points in your account. If the option is available, you can cancel that coupon and get the points back.
How do I keep future points in one place?
Once we’ve confirmed your preferred email, use it consistently for both your account and checkout. A balance transfer doesn’t make the system automatically recognize every other email as the same person.
If you change your email later, contact us before assuming your old balance or coupons will move automatically. We’re happy to help you check.
