How many points will I earn?
You earn 1 point for every $1 of eligible spending. Points are calculated after discounts and rounded to the nearest whole point.
| Eligible purchase amount | Points earned |
|---|---|
| $25.00 | 25 points |
| $49.40 | 49 points |
| $49.50 | 50 points |
| $100.00 | 100 points |
Use the points estimate at checkout as your guide. Your grand total can include shipping or other charges, so it may differ from the amount used to calculate points.
When do my points become available?
Purchase points are added when your order reaches Processing or Completed. An order that’s still waiting for payment or on hold may not have points yet.
You can see an estimated points message while checking out. That estimate isn’t a spendable balance yet. After the order qualifies, check My Account → Points & Rewards.
The points from the order you’re placing can be used on a later order, once they’ve been credited.
Can I spend the points from the order I’m placing?
The new points from this purchase are for a later order. They aren’t available while you’re still checking out.
Already have available points from an earlier purchase? You can redeem those for a reward and apply its coupon to your current order. Just keep in mind that an order using a points reward coupon won’t earn new purchase points.
Can I earn points without an account?
Yes. An eligible guest order can earn points using the email address entered at checkout.
- Check the email address on your order confirmation.
- Go to My Account.
- Sign in with an account using that same email. If you don’t have one, create it with that email and follow the setup instructions.
- Open Points & Rewards.
Same email, same points record. Signing in with a different email can make it look like your points are missing. If you used two emails, contact us so we can check the orders.
Where can I see my balance?
Open Points & Rewards from your account menu. Look for Available points — that’s the balance you can spend now.
Redeemed points and used rewards show what you’ve already exchanged or used. They aren’t extra points you can spend again. Your rewards and coupons are listed on the same page.
Do discounted orders still earn points?
If you use a regular promo coupon, points are calculated from the eligible amount after the discount. For example, $100 of eligible products minus a $10 regular coupon leaves $90, which earns 90 points.
There’s one separate rule: an order using a points reward coupon earns no new points. That includes a coupon for money off and a coupon for a points gift.
So if you use 100 points to get a $5 reward coupon, the order where you apply that coupon won’t earn another round of purchase points.
What about purchases I made before?
Sign in with your original checkout email and check your current balance first. If you expected points from an older order and don’t see them, send us the order number and checkout email.
We’ll check the purchase history and any points already credited. Creating a new account or placing another order won’t automatically recalculate every older purchase.
Do I need to use my points before a deadline?
Your unused points don’t expire. You don’t need to place another order to keep them active. Points you redeem, or points reversed after a refund or cancellation, still affect your balance.
Used two different checkout emails? Here’s how to ask us to bring your points together.
My points still aren’t there. What now?
Check these three things first: the order status, your checkout email, and whether you used a points reward on that order. Then refresh your points page.
If it still doesn’t add up, use the missing-points checklist or email support@zenlesszonezero.toys. Include your order number so we can find the right purchase.
