Refund and Returns Policy

Please note that our policy is valid for 30 days. Our merchandise does not allow returns for refunds and exchanges other than due to quality issues with the merchandise itself, and we will not be able to accept items after 30 days.

If there is a quality problem with the goods you receive, We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship. Any defect or error on our part will result in a free replacement or refund

Choosing the wrong product due to customer reasons,
Since all of our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to user error (e.g. incorrect size, design, color selection, etc.).

Please be informed that our products are customized and manufactured under market demand; thus, they are not always available items. Also, advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. Hence, please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received.

Refunds (if applicable)
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons: The product is flawed. The print quality is poor. The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site. We ensure that each item is brand new before shipping. If the item you receive is not brand new, we will provide a full refund.

Once your item has been reviewed, please allow 7 business days to receive your refund. Items that have been cleaned, worn or damaged after receipt will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Regarding the issue of filling in the wrong address when placing an order

If the address you fill in after placing the order is incorrect, we will correct the new address for you free of charge (please note: once the package is shipped, has an order number, and is in transit, you will not be able to cancel the order, return it and receive a refund)

• Photo measure the size of the product with a ruler.
• The tag size on the outsole
• The length of the insole measured by a ruler

We will handle your package as our merchant’s responsibility and provide you with a full refund.

CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind about your purchase, please sending us an email to E-MAIL:Support@Zenlesszonezero.toys  and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.
Please be informed that a management and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
